1. Orders & availability
Coney Island S.r.l. (in the following: oneblockdown.it) only accepts orders made through the website’s order system. Although oneblockdown.it will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the goods displayed on the website are available, but we cannot guarantee availability. When the order is received and the ordered goods are available, you will be sent a confirmation email.
2. Payment

Payment In Advance
If you prefer this payment method, you will transfer the amount from your bank account to One Block Down We will ship the order when we received the payment.
Payment via Paypal
The amount is payed via Paypal to our email address.
Payment Procedure: After ordering from the One Block Down homepage you will receive an email from PayPals homepage to verify your account and to confirm the payment. The shipment will be proceeded when the amount is transferred to our PayPal account.
After we have received your order, the goods will be reserved for 4 days. We therefore kindly ask you to make the bank transfer in 3 days to ensure that the goods you ordered are still available. Should your payment not be received in time and should the goods you ordered no longer be available, you will of course immediately be refunded in full.
Your payment and delivery will be confirmed by e-mail!
3. Shipping & delivery times
All products are shipped to Worldwide insured via our postal service. oneblockdown.it will process every order within 3 - 4 business days upon receipt of your payment. Shipping times depend on the country of destination. oneblockdown.it cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
4. Prices
Prices are in Euro and vat (21%) inclusive. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. If you're outside of Italy the prices of our products do not incl. duties, and taxes of your country.
5. Disclaimer
oneblockdown.it disclaims any liability for any losses or damages, as far as this is allowed by the laws of Italy. If other than Italy laws are applicable, oneblockdown.it’s liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction.

All sales are final. No exchange. Items have been quality checked prior to shipping. oneblockdown.it will exchange or refund ordered goods only if damaged or defective through transportation. All items need to be returned to oneblockdown.it with proof of purchase within 7 days upon receipt. oneblockdown.it does not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in return transit. Use of a trackable system to return any items to us is strongly recommended. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
